Live a life of gratitude

Every day is a gift of God. We are all given 24 hours, yet some have make their day meaningful while others going through the day with misery.

I am always encouraged to read inspirational quotes or pictures that stirs my emotion and imagination. I pray that as I share what I received it will make a difference in someone’s life no matter how small that is. Little becomes much when it is shared.

Here is a  quotes from Alfred D Souza. “For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin -real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.”

I invite you take a look at this perspective of life I received from Daily Kindness:

There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way, so treasure every moment that you have. And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time…and remember that time waits for no one.

So stop waiting until you finish school, until you go back to school, until you lose ten pounds, until you gain ten pounds, until you have kids, until your kids leave the house, until you start work, until you retire, until you get married, until Friday night, until Sunday morning, until you get a new car or home, until your car or home is paid off, until spring, until summer, until fall, until winter, until you are off welfare, until the first or fifteenth, until your song comes on, until you’ve had a drink, until you’ve sobered up,until you die, until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy…

Happiness is a journey, not a destination. So, Work like you don’t need money.

Love like you’ve never been hurt and Dance Like no one’s watching.

Remember today is a gift. It is up to you how you going to receive it.

I bless you

Your friend for life

WHY not whine

Are you a dreamer, do you dare to dream?
Most of us have heard this question: “What do you want to be when you grow up?”
A doctor, a lawyer, a teacher, a mathematician, an astronaut, a president, a mother, a model and the list goes on.
What was your answer? Did you answer from your heart or your head?
We all have moments in our lives that we think about LIFE and the purpose we have to be alive today. Are you living your dream or are you just living?
I’ve asked myself that question and I had a good look at my life. I did not like my answer because I have un-fulfilled dreams and I am getting older not younger.
But what does age has anything to do with it. There is always time to take that first step in the direction toward my dream. I can fulfill it with the right WHY and not Whine.

We get excited when we start on this journey, then thousand of things go wrong, we want to quit thousand times. If we have a strong WHY it will help us through when things are not going our way, we will have enough motivation to find solutions.

Let’s face it, there are dream stealer, unfortunately they are very close to home. There are people in our lives who will be threatened when we make a passionate decision to go forward. They will complain and criticize and try to be-little your dream.
Why? Because their life is a mess and misery does love company.
Your best option is to slip them to the utter circle and love them from the distance.
Next best thing is to have an AMAZING WHY, that will keep you going through rain, storm, snow, hurricane, pestilence, nuclear holocaust, or the criticism of a “loved” one.

What is your “WHY”
What is your passion? Where is your fire? What do you hate? What is really important to you? What is your desire? What situation in life do you want to get out of so it never, ever, EVER happens again?

Your real “WHY” is never money. It is about who YOU really are.
Your driving factor must be more than money.

If you “Why” is a 75% and you come up against an obstacle that is a 77%, you’re gone. You will give up.
But when your “Why” is a 99.9% then you’re here to stay and be successful.
Here are tips to help you pinpoint your “WHY”:

•What does your family mean to you?
•What do you want for your own personal growth?
•What you want to accomplish in your lifetime?
•What scares you to death?
•What would it mean to you to help others change their lives?
•What really excites you in life?
•What REALLY makes you angry about your life?
•What would you like to give the people you love most?
•What really, really gets you emotional?

Share your why with people you trust and they will help hold you accountable.
I would love to know your “WHY”

I believe in YOU
